My Id doesnt exist

I'm currently having this issue on Maple atm (Today, right after the server check), where I can't log in at all. However, I can log into my other account perfectly fine.
It says, "This ID has not yet been registered. Please visit Nexon.net to sign up!"
It says the same when using the site and launcher. I've asked them to reset my password (four times now) and I'm still waiting for those emails. I've tried creating a new account with the email, and gladly it doesn't let me (So my email does exist in their server or whatever). Not exactly sure what to do except wait, but from the looks of it I seem to be the only one with this issue.

i cant log onto my main account , i have the email for it to reset pw but it wont send me a verification link but when i change my pw on mules it works so ..

@KinTsuchl: I think its monday-friday 1pm-6pm PST, I would try to get on as close as I can to 1pm because it takes a while depending on the GM and the wait can last a very long time (it varies. Once i was 6 in line, took 4 hours. another time I was 17th and it took 30 minutes)

Did you have security questions to prevent the email from being changed easily.

@KinTsuchl: the system doesn't send an email to the original email but rather the new one if it was changed. Try Live Chat to get your account back. I'm almost 100% sure you got hacked. It happened to me on the account with the ign "Pine" and I did live chat (took me a while) and finally got the account back.

Ah, it is an email. But if they deleted my account, wouldn't I be able to register again with said email?
