Empress Shoulder - Is it worth it?
I'm currently 40 coins short of being able to buy an Empress Shoulder in the Black Friday Shop (I'd have these already if I didn't buy an AP reset for another of my chars, o well). Only now that I'm approaching that much I'm not sure if it would be worth it. It would only be my 5th empress piece and I'd need to cube it a bit for it to be better than my current shoulder.
Please don't bring up the current prices of them; even if they are dropping I still can't afford one that way.

Shoulders were still 750m here last I checked.
I'm still trying to get the empress shoulder for the set bonus so then i can try to have boss dmg at least. Been having 0% boss dmg for too long.

Yeah... I made my post before this was known, but now that it's known it's not as relevant.
Shield Scrolls will still have some value for selling service though.
Thanks for inputs. I'll probably need to take another look at the protection scrolls and how much I'll be able to sell such a service on my server but that seems more worthwhile at least on a money standpoint.
Edit: I just saw a thread saying that protection scrolls are also in the RED shop at 35 coins each so now I'm unsure again...
460 coins is a rip off. You can sell Protection/Shield Scroll service and buy multiple Shoulders.
Plus, like it's already been said, the Meister Shoulder is coming in RED, and it's already better than Empress Shoulders (unless you want the set bonus...).

Agreed. Besides, assuming Mr. Basil's pictures are correct, we will have meiser shoulders next patch which are 13 all stat 9 attack with pot.

@likeabosss: I was probably going to buy a Magic Pocket Bag and some Pinnacle Rings otherwise.
@allovershoe: I can't afford a cape either and and Staff/Wand is even less worthwhile if it's only my 5th piece. You're right about the Meister Shoulder but I don't know if mentioning that it's easier to get is that comforting given that I don't even need to spend anymore nx to get the last few coins, and the fact that there might be a lot of other stuff I could get at the RED shops which makes me unsure of whether or not I want to spend 400 coins there instead.
Mmm since you have a 4 set empress already perhaps you could try to get the 5 set by purchasing the other empress item you're missing. RED shop has a shoulder that has better stats than an empress shoulder and it's much easier to get in my opinion.

If so, buy that shoulder and take it out for a long date
Use protection too
