Endgame Shadower Dojo Guide

[B]Introduction:[/B]
So there was a great guide [url=http://www.basilmarket.com/forum/2838142][b]here[/b][/url].
This was before the revamp so the numbers are calculated for 110m assassinate.
I will be using similar notation as @xterryxxbuix for his guide.

This guide assumes you have max range with assassinate with both hits. If you are not, the guide's numbers won't be very useful, but there will still be a few pointers that can be used.

[B]Before Entering Dojo:[/B]
[*] If you have a summon soul, charge up the soul to 1000. Know how much you do with your summon. Reference [url=http://www.southperry.net/showthread.php?t=70760]this URL[/url] to see how far you can go to 1 hit a monster.
[*] Take off your pets. They will lag you when you enter through portals. I think I improved about 15 seconds just by taking off my pets.
[*] Use your guild skills. Then make sure you use green/red potions. You can use guild skills after you enter dojo, but not the green potions. This is why it's important to remember to use green potions.
[*] Use echo of hero if you need the damage boost or if you want to buff your soul's summon even more. Guild buffs, event buffs are also good to have.
[*] Familiar effects like snail don't work here. Just use a +LUK boost.

[B]Inside Dojo: General[/B]
Reference the previous guide for the spawn locations. I will refer to them as left, middle, and right.
[*] If you have a soul that deals damage you need to stand maybe 1.5 character lengths away from the portal to hit the left spawn. You can hit the other 2 on top of the portal.
[*]You will only be using assassinate. The second strike is slightly faster than the first one. It also has slightly more range than the first one.
[*] When using assassinate, take into account the spawns. For the left spawn, you want to stand in the middle of the statue past the middle of the map. Kill the monster, and then use phase dash and enter the portal. For the other two spawns, you can stand on top of the portal and use assassinate and then finish. The exception to this rule is when it takes more than 5 hits to kill a boss in the second spawn. Then you have to adjust yourself slightly to the left. Only a few taps of the left key will be sufficient.
[*] When you use a soul enter the portal right after the damage is dealt, not before. This will reduce portal lag to almost nothing.
[*] If you need to use dark sight, don't use dark sight when it is the first spawn or you won't be able to use phase dash. Phase dash is much more accurate than flash jump so this is why it's important. It also has less travel time since flash jump is very "bouncy" and you will spend a lot of time in the air.
[*] Keeping up your buffs is very important between stages. Make sure you have critical buffs ready to go between stages. Also do not buff too much or your timed buffs (EA or FTC will expire). Only buff between stages if you can help it. Losing shadow partner in the middle of a boss room is grounds for starting over.
[*] Portal lag is still a huge issue here. Your times will vary 15 seconds for no reason due to portal lag. Times go from being 5:00 to 5:20 with this guide (with minimal mess ups).

[B]Inside Dojo: The Bosses[/B]
Again, this will assume you hit max damage. The first strike will hit 612m total, and the second strike will hit 204m total. When you enable epic adventurer, it will go up to 637.5m and 212.5m, respectively. Like in the linked guide, I will be using 1 to denote the first hit and 2 to denote the second hit in the later parts of the guide.
[*] Floor 1-19: Use the second strike of assassinate to one hit the boss. Then quickly enter the portal. Between maps or when the boss is spawning, use the first strike of assassinate to enable the second shot.
[*] Floor 20-24: Use the first strike of assassinate. Use the second shot between maps/when the boss is spawning. When you reach 3 stacks of shadower's instinct you should use it for the 60 attack buff (if time permits, it has some cast delay).
[*] Floor 25-27: 1/2 (Use the first strike, and then second strike).
[*] Floor 28-31: 2/1/2 Note for floor 31, turn on epic adventurer because 2/1/2 will only work if you actually hit cap for all hits (or if you are VERY close to capping on all hits).
[*] Floor 32: 1/2/1
[*] Floor 33-34: 1/2/1/2
[*] Floor 35: 2/1/2/1/2
[*] Floor 36: 1/2/1/2/1 I recommend turning on your summon again after this. If you have epic adventure, use it.
[*] Floor 37: 3x 1/2
[*] Floor 38: 3x 1/2 1
[*] Floor 39: 4x 1/2
[*] Floor 40: AOE hyper + 3x 1/2

It is sometimes hard to remember the floor numbers, so it helps to remember the bosses sometimes.
[*] Bear (floor 20): 1st strike
[*] Frankenroid (floor 25 1/2
[*] Cat (floor 28): 3 hits
[*] Snowman (floor 33): 4 hits
The other ones are just experience. I sometimes have a file open on another monitor for the number of hits, but usually I just gauge it by the boss's hp bar.

[B]Some Benchmarks:[/B]
An average run should be under 5:15 if there were only a few mess ups. Here's some data I got from my last run. Use this to gauge how you're doing.
