why it tell me to type Pin
when i enter a world for some reason it ask me for m 4 digit pin.... isnt that like 6 years ago? i had no problem before just today

This happens if you didn't log into that account ever since PIC was created. It makes you type in your old PIN, which then allows you to create a PIC.
