Bring lots of dark crystals if your gonna do what he says ^
Otherwise just google it, theres plenty of guides, even basil has some q and a's under the job advancement section.

its in the jr balrog map. the farthest map in the sleepywood dungeon. talk to the npc at the top right of the map.
