Which skills to max which mastery book?

So I got my BaM to level 70 and I'm confused as to which skills to max first. The guides are incorrect as of right now and I don't know what to put sp into. Can you also tell me which mastery book to get? The books are energize 30, dark genesis 30, advanced dark aura 30, finishing blow 30, twister spin 30, advanced yellow aura 30, and party shield 30. Do the books also expire?
