Kinesis Registration Event
Hello everyone, just wonder how exactly we register for this event. I had to go to work after the patch went live and the game is currently down.
Is it acceseed in-game itself through the star notifier or is it like the Black Heaven event one where it happens through the website. Any help is appreciated!

@nerdofbera +4%/8% min crit damage. Character card is identical to the Luminous card.
Kinesis’ Link Skill gives minimum critical damage.
Kinesis’ Character Card gives 10/20/40/80 INT.

Yup I didnt see it in the Star Notifier! I only saw it by going in event hall and checking the Admin, "in case".
I did my reservation through the Star Notifications. A lot of people's quest for Kinesis isn't working, however...
Talk to the Admin npc!
That's also how I found how Kinesis comes out on the 16th xD
