Isnt the Magnus shoulder better tho? Also if you have the time, spend some money on crafting half earrings and aim or %int. You can sell the other 3% ones for ~1m while the 6% ones can go for 20-30m. Also, you can use a pensalir cape untill you are strong enough to kill Easy Magnus to get Hermes Nova Boots+Cape. It will take some time tho so be ready to invest.

@KoreanSwaq: theres no "unfunded endgame equips" endgame equips will involve funding. endgame equips are cra equipment which clean wont be that much (although weapons have inflated a lot this week in my server). assuming thats not the case in ur server clean equips will be around 200-300m maybe? depending on server, i know that in more populated servers that could be the case (in my server the lowest it went was (350m but that cuz pants were glitched). atm with the unusual inflation ur looking at 140m without the weapon.

@Samygxz85 Thx, time to get more meso I might even end up maining Evan, so if that's the case I can tack on 42 mil more from my Zero. If I did end up maining Evan, how much meso (taking into account that im unfunded) would i need for which unfunded endgame equips?

u said u could affor the nx but only 6m?
the nx needed before was around 6k for the simpler package iirc
that now at a 180 rate would be almost 1.1b with that money funding wont be much of a problem if ur not aiming end game.

for mobility the mount is a must for gliding. that costs a total of 100m (unless they changed it) and many quests to go through (they were fun at least in the past)
mastery books are now cheaper, 300k for the 3 old nx ones.
1m i think for each 20 book and 3 for each 30? (idk if its that or 3m and 5m)
anyway u only need 8 20 books and 6 30 books iirc.
so approx around 150-200m

if u get that 1b the other 800m is enough for some clean equips and traces to scroll them.

they only have survivability problems in bosses who deal % damage directly to ur hp ignoring mg (why i have no idea)
but other than that u wont die unless u forget to cast mg

Once you reach a high level you will get Blessing of the Onyx and Onyx will which significantly increases defense, reduces damage taken, and gives you 90% stance. All things considered Evans are more tanky than people give them credit for. They burn through a lot of MP pots but they don't die often. Just remember to always cast magic guard.

All mastery books are sold in Henesys and Leafre.
I find myself to be pretty tanky as well. I can tank a hit from CPB's DR now DD

If you can't get the Dragon Tail set then I recommend the Lvl 130 Royal Von Leon set. It's time consuming to get the coins and purification totems, but it is stronger than the Lvl 140 equips that drops from monsters. However, Royal Von Leon equips don't have potential when bought unlike the 140 equips that has a chance to have potential when dropped by monsters.

There's no need to buy skill books, you'll automatically learn the skill when you reach Evan's growth levels; you just need to buy the mastery books from the general store in Henesys or Leafre.

The mount is your choice if you want, Evans recently got a buff on their teleport distance.

@Masinko I have enough meso for pots at least, I can get more meso if I have to. I'm unfunded, so what gear should I get for the end? Also, do I have to buy skillbooks (non-NX ones) with meso? Which ones, and do I need the mount for mobility?

You can buy their NX skill books for mesos from the vendors in Henesys and Leafre.

At early levels, magic guard makes you pretty tanky by displacing the damage to your pretty large mana pool, so they're not a massive pot burn. At mid-later levels, when things do lots of damage, it will be somewhat of a pot burn until you finally get Onyx Will and Blessing of the Onyx.

I'm happy to inform you that Evans do not require nx for mastery books now.
