Just as well, other areas - such as setting Burning Characters - differ in that it says 2 levels. It is not noting additive of 2 levels to the normal 1, but saying it is 2 levels provided. If it does still give 3 levels overall, then Nexon probably made a mistake somewhere. @predetermined @apexalpha
