Is this Perm or not?

According to Nexon's website, they're permanent, although the description says it's 'Temporary', http://maplestory.nexon.net/shop/special-promotions/past-weeks/00HPS
Can anyone confirm if this is permanent or just temporary?

@enoch129 Obviously YOU can't read. I KNOW it says it's temoprary, did you not read what I posted up top? Also, I'm thinking there is only temporary ones because when I owled in FM, only the temporary one comes up and NOT the permanent one.
Well, obviously you can't read. It says temporary.
There's temporary and permanent mount coupons.
The actual mount is temporary, the coupon seems to be permanent though.
