This is very good, but a few pointers:
-The position that the head seems to be in, and where the features actually are seem off. Might just be me nitpicking though.
-I know some people don't like toothpick waists, but hers looks very boxy. Maybe would look better if the robe seemed to be very loose from the start, but it looks tightly fit on the upper half, then suddenly flowing from the lower chest down
I love your use of copics though, I can't afford them.

Work on anatomy. Your coloring is marvelous, but the body and face look so weird
The face looks a little awkward, but its pretty good otherwise.
