parts upgrade

Hey basil, since quitting maple and selling a majority of my gear. I built a PC, and currently playing Witcher 3.
and since its not auto congif'd for Ultra settings, and I still have a few items left over, Im wishing to upgrade some parts.
What should I first upgrade, this is what I've got right now.
AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor
ARCTIC Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 45.0 CFM Fluid Dynamic Bearing CPU Cooler
MSI 970 GAMING ATX AM3+ Motherboard
G.Skill Sniper Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Sandisk SSD PLUS 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (plus 500 gb hdd)
MSI GeForce GTX 950 2GB Video Card
Evea 750b Supernova ATX PSU
Asus Xonar sound card
Steelseries RAW mechanical gaming keyboard
Logitech g402 gaming mouse
Logitech 5.1 sound system
Logitech G35 7.1 headhpones
Microsoft Windows 10 Home OEM (64-bit)
Cooler Master SickleFlow 69.7 CFM 120mm Fan(x2)

Should I get a second GPU and crossfire? or upgrade a better GPU?
Please note, nothing has been OC'd!

The FX-8320 is the weakest performing part in your system and bottlenecks GPU performance in many games.

However, wait until early 2017 before upgrading. AMD Zen and Intel Kaby Lake should launch by then.

Your graphics upgrade is dependent on how much you are willing to spend.

Regarding multi-GPU setups, those should be avoided as much as possible since some games do not properly utilize SLI and or CrossFire. Look to get the most powerful card with a single GPU as your budget allows.

We are currently transitioning into the next generation of video cards. I advise to also wait and see if these new parts offer better value for the performance. It's still too early to tell what will be the best new cards to buy, but it should be clearer in at least three more months.

It depends on what you want to run and how much money you have to spare for new parts.
If the Witcher 3 is the main game, it looks like your cpu and gpu are below recommended specs (which explains why it doesn't auto config to ultra)
