well today, i felt like royaling my hair and got neinheart hair in 3 tries.
then, i wanted a perma Chamomile Tea Time overall to match the hair.
i smega'd and it costs 1.5b which is too much for me, so i attempted to get it myself. i got it in 6 boxes
i traded in the other nx items i got from the boxes for a mystical surprise box and got this from it

goddamn I hate you jack. I must have absorbed all the bad luck for CSS's because I opened nearly a hundred boxes and didn't get that overall (or the female version, but I don't know if male characters can get female-only clothes?). I gave up and bought my overall OTL. And then the only permanent mystical I got was a jett cape e___e

The hat is more than max mesos due to its rarity (even in temporary form). I say save it and wait until this CSS set is over, and you will make a great fortune.
Chamomile Tea Time overalls (permanent) are about 300m in Bera. So, I am shocked to hear that you were offered 1.5b for it.
I'd say it's 3bil because it's mystical box. Since there's pink ones around though it may/may not be hard to get that much. x-o
