Collecting Throwing Stars

I have recently started playing my assassin again after about a 3 year hiatus. I always liked the variety of throwing stars they had in their arsenal.

My main goal with my assassin: Have one set of every type of star.
I am not one who goes mainly for damage; in fact when I train, I start with the subis, so that I get gradually stronger instead of gradually weaker.
I currently have everything but the following: Infinite Knives, Cillbis, Furies, Flames, and Hwabis.

Now I can get the Hwabis pretty easily, but the others pose a problem for me.
So my question is, what would be the best way to obtain the sets I do not have?
I know buying them is the main and easiest way, but I am very limited in funds (100mil), so I am looking for other ways to obtain these.
Is it worth it to hunt for the recipes of the Knives and Flames? Is it cheaper to buy the stars themselves than the materials to make them? (Cillbis/Furies)
If I do have to buy some, what are the prices of these stars?
Also, are there any stars that I do not know about that exist in GMS that aren't on Basil? (I thought I saw a set of those Neo Tokyo stars a few years ago)

Sorry for all the questions, I just wish to see if I can fulfill an old dream I once had.

@Davyn: Thank you for the info. I guess I know where I will be grinding on my assassin. And it looks like I will have to make some mesos to buy the furies and cillbis.

C. Ilbis cannot be made anymore unless you have the items to do so from iTCG cards (extremely rare and probably worth more than the stars themselves; I saw a few in the FM the other day I believe).

Balanced Furies cannot be made without the three Taos (obtainable from CWKPQ; not sure if it's still glitched or not. GMS has major issues getting it to stay in working order) and Typhoon feathers which can no longer be obtained due to CWK and NLC restructure. If you could miraculously find some in the FM or in an old inventory, then you're set, but again, if anyone had them, they'd be worth more than the stars.

Infinite Throwing Knives and Flame Throwing Stars can be purchased for obsessive amounts or crafting assuming you had a recipe. The materials for them and the monsters that drop the recipe (at a particularly low rate) are as follows:
Flame Throwing Stars
Infinite Throwing Knives

Assuming you spend a couple of hours/days on crafting and find a cheap extractor to grab some advanced crystals from level 100 equips (I commonly get at least one per run at Pap), the latter should be fairly simple once you find the recipe. The Flame Stars would prove to be a tad more difficult as black powder is harder to come by and you require both lidium and wisdom crystals, whose ores are from the same vein, along with alchemy items. I'm not sure on the rarity of those though as I've never bothered to take up alchemy.

There are still stars that can't be recharged anywhere? I remember when oranges and paper planes could only be recharged in Showa, but I thought they got rid of that.
