Korean Translator
I have seen many threads that needed Korean translation. Well, I'm from Korea and when I came to the States, I was confused to see a whole different language set for the same game, MapleStory.
This is a thread letting you guys know that if there's anything you guys want me to translate that's Maple-related, I'll be the guy to go to.

When looking at patch notes, it's generally the numbers and context that matter. As for the walls of text, I don't trust it one bit. I just try to make out what the the %s are correlating to and I'm good from there. This is exactly why I don't like dubbed animes, culture does not translate.
@Traitor: Sorry if I came across as harsh, that was not my intention. Nevertheless, I wholeheartedly disagree on the usage of machine translation of a Western language to a East Asian language and vice-versa for anything other than single word and phrase translations. Not only is it completely inaccurate in translating slang like you said, but it fails to take account complex syntaxs in East Asian languages [even in technical phrases and descriptions] that just doesn't exist in the English language. No, just simply "using your head to figure out the rest" is a misconception as machines are programmed to find the next best vocab for these missing syntaxs, and these syntax replacements can be [and usually are] nonsense and completely misguides the reader.
The "use your head to figure out the rest" can be applied perhaps to languages with similar roots like English and Spanish, but for languages written in completely different foundations you cannot "still read most of it just fine", that simply isn't true.

What I'm saying is, I know they can be terrible but you can still use it for bits and pieces and the rest you will have to figure out. When looking at some patch notes for skills and such, you can attempt to put it through translator and hope for the best. I'm not saying it's omnipotent and you have to use it. I'm just saying it's a tool that may be used. It's not perfect. If you hate it to the point that you just can't, don't use it.

Why so mad? Everyone in their right-mind would not entrust translations word for word because a lot slang is used and does not account for word combinations and what not. However, by doing so you lessen the effort and workload for someone and you can use your head to figure out the rest. You can still read most of it just fine with it.
It's merely a tool that is still useful
