I can't really remember the stats but they added them into gachapon and had a "Only giving away one of these a month and if you get it your world gets better gach items for the month" event I believe. It was something like that :l. They also have a super SCG but it's not good because they also reduced the slots and I'm pretty sure that a perfect 27ATT normal scg could have higher attack even if the super one was perfectly scrolled.
