Guess It's all just luck, I have never ever gotten more than 6% >.>
6% in my world cost 2-4m 9% go for 100-170m
6%'s sell evenly at 6-7m. 9%'s sell from 110m (Dex) to 170m(str)
I sold a 6% DEX belt for 20m if that helps. I heard that 9%'s are around 150m.
