Urgent New lvl 160 Sweet H20 Equip Thread
Hi guys I have a question regarding the new lvl 160 set. So when you trade an empress equip in, does the lvl 160 version carry on the attack from the emp equips as well? I know it keeps the same potential tier, but what about the stats of the equips itself? If I had a 8 attack empress shoe and traded it in for a lvl 160 version, would it have 8attack as well? But the thing is, how come it says it carries over the enhancement stars, but - 1star of however many you had on the empress version. If they're carrying over the stars, wouldn't that mean they would have to carry over the stats as well?

They're just translating what's in TMS notes. So whatever they're saying, it's just assumptions. It might be a possibility... you can dig deeper into that thread & see if you can see any useful info.

Ok I think I get the gist now.
You do not transfer over your scrolled stats, only potential rank and number of enhancement.
So if you have a legendary weapon with 12 star and transfer it to the new level 160 set.
You get a legendary weapon with 11 stars (random potential and the weapon is still clean).
But if that is the case,I think it's kind of a waste..... we can get better enhancement bonus if we scroll the level 160 weapon first before we start enhancing. We lost a lot of weapon attack from enhancing a clean weapon.
So my conclusion, it's not worth the transfer.
It's better to get clean level 160 set and scroll, unless you're tight on funding.
P.s. Well, I may be terribly wrong here but that's what I get from the information I have thus far.

I believe they did mention we are the first to get this new content. Whatever the name of that map is called again.
Though I'm not sure about the 160 equips. It may be a different 160 equips like JMS's?

May I ask where you got his information from? If this is true then that sucks... I was really hoping the attack would transfer as well =/
We don't even know if its coming out next week or next month. Might as well just stick with your ra.

According to Southperry, it's untradeable once equipped.
& no, the stats of the previous equip don't transfer over the lv160 equip... As for the potential, it doesn't take the form of the previous potential stats, just the ranking.

From a balance POV, I don't think they'll carry stats over and the slots reset. I might be entirely wrong and if that IS the case then it's your best option to transfer any of your eligible gear.

The new potential is only 1% difference and it doesn't apply to boss damage or ignore defense. I think the impact is negligible.

well depending on how the new level 160 equips actually work, maybe switching Fafnir/RA for them may be good too. Furthermore, they also have a new potential tier on level 160 equipment which could potentially mean higher stats.
I just need more information on how they work. Otherwise, I'm just going to stick with Fafnir/RA/Tyrant/Gollux set
in a few more days i will get to here all the whining in basil how its gonna be almost impossible to get these equips.

If you have a bunch of empress gear you may as well upgrade to Sweet Water, if you have RA/Tyrant stick with RA/Tyrant.

Well I'm asking because I wanted to know if it was better for me to stay with some empress equips over RA, sorry o_o

it would be 8 att + new slots and if it has stars you subtract one
So would it take all the slots with it as well? Like if I had a 8atk shoe no slots, then the lvl 160 version would also be 8atk no slots? or 8 atk all slots still there?
yes your scrolled stats and pot carry over to the lv 160 equipment.
