Help monitor problems
i have a 23" lcd monitor and one day (few days ago) it started flashing then it stoped but there was this high pitched humming noise when ever it was on but now it almost stoped but my screen while im on basil (mostly white) i can see it kinda slightly flashing. Does anyone know the problem. if it helps a fuse went out recently but nothing happened at the time.

@SkyBahamut @Jonzieee well i dont have another computer or monitor and my warrenty ran out like 6 months ago -.-, iv tried most things like reseting themonitor to factory settings and stuff like that but i am guessing the circuit board fried >.<

i just fixing my video card. wasnt the problem... iv tried everything execpt calling them. i guesss i should. thanks for your help
@MELOdeez yes i have plugged them correctly and i have tried that... the buzzing noise is gone but, the little flashy screen wont but its not constant anymore but still there
