Answer: Your ID is already logged in
A lot of maplers are encountering this problem lately. This could be from a variety of reasons but for most people, it comes from Creating a new Character but getting disconnected in the process. Some were in MTS/CS and were disconnected only to find out they can't log back in. Upon entering the game again, it shows that the ID is logged in because there is a [b]SERVER GLITCH.[/b] Not from hacking/being hacked.
There are [b]TWO[/b] solutions to this problem.
1) Wait for the next Maintenance/Server Update. When the game goes down, everyone will be kicked off and subsequently, your "locked" account will be as well. There is a maintenance tomorrow for the Winner Bake All update.

2) Log a ticket with Nexon.

Probably takes some time to reply and kick your account off but it's worth a shot.
Those are the ONLY possible ways to get your account fixed.

Depending on the situation, some people are glitched in this state for over 24 hours+. I myself have been glitched for over 12 hours in this state. I've heard some people being stuck for 36 hours...

Some of them are just simple errors. Some are unfixable until a GM or a Server Update.

Yeah. i got glitched as well >.< Oh well, maybe if nexons generous they'll compensate up like that last time =D
