Lol, only a fool would buy a SW cane like that for 15 B. My yolo scrolled Fafnir cane probably gives me better damage than it.

It won't sell for a decent price. The combination of permanently untradeable+weak potential+SW basically kills the value. Probably can get rid of it for a few bil. Anyone who actually cares about their Phantom will be using a Fafnir cane.

With what @above said I would agree It is pretty good. but the fact that it's not tradeable after that transaction ever again kills the price... Then you look at the potentials knowing you can't trade it ever again....Yeah the price wouldnt be as pretty as it could be.

I'd say its more than 7b, but going to be a tough thing to sell. Most people want tradability but you might find that one super dedicated phantom.
