Can u put more than one link on a single character? Like put both the mercedes buff and the cannoneer?

sorry for off the topic-ish question but how do we actually link a skill once the canoneer reaches level 70?
back to topic, yup you can link all the skills to one character
i believe so. and yea, im puttin all 3 buffs on my main too
