Ye old scroll rate question
This probably has been asked several times since the birth of maple traits but does max diligence add 10% success rate to a scroll or acts as a 1.1x multiplier. For eg would a clean slate 10% be 20% success or 11% success? (I always knew it was the latter but someone keeps insisting it's the former)
Also the guild skill that gives 4% success rate is that additive success (10% - > 14%) or multiplicative ( 10% - > 10.4%)

@Powerpunche: yeah crafting is the best but I believe dilligence doesn't affect i'm not sure.

Does that include previous event scrolls? Like red scrolls were 50% 8atk and prime scroll were 40% 10atk. Is crafting arrows the best way to get diligence?

People have done tests; it's additive for both, but Diligence doesn't affect Clean Slates.
