New Potential Tier

A new potential tier has been added for all equipment Lv. 151+. This includes Terminus weapons. The different equipment level potential tiers are now:

1-30
31-70
71-150
151+

did you read what he wrote? He said 4th tier is level 151+ but there is no level 151-159 equips.

It's actually 71-150 for tier 3 and 151+ for tier 4, but there's no items in the level 151-159 range (I think) so this doesn't really make a difference
