Wow, some poeple are just stupid. Solution Accepted means the user has accepted Nexons solution. not the otehr way.
I submitted one like a year ago, Tried again yesterday =.=

OMFG YOU CAN CLOSE THEM? HOW? I've been spammed by Nexon Auto-response for like 2 years on this ticket I submitted regarding the body-mass or w/e glitch on BaMs...and I have NO IDEA how to make them stop T^T
they have not been answering them quicker i sent one in a month ago from the 9th and it was never answered
so i sent another one on the 9th of this month and still no answer yet
I have one from 2009.
ive been waiting since the 15th of june
EDIT: the funny thing is that i had the ticket since june 15th but i only got one follow up

What people probably don't realize is that you can create a ticket and change the status to solution accepted before they actually do something. Meaning this is a fake.

Do you seriously think a few cases that got solved fast will take away the horrible customer support reputation they have?
I have one that I submitted in Novemeber 2009 about a billing ban and it's still open. I re-submitted it in 2011, and the knucklehead of a GM told me to simply wait for the 30 day ban to expire.
im still waiting for them to answer my ticket from october......

For all the people who haven't gotten a reply, remake a ticket. I remade a ticket after one of mine hadn't been replied to for a couple of months.
If you have a pending ticket, SUBMIT A NEW RECENT ONE, they seem to have been replying faster lately.
I've had a ticket open for about a month and a half now. o.o
