Question About Lucky Star
Well it's kind late (where I live) and I'm bored, so I decided to make a thread. Plus, I have a secret hope that thread making will be closed like it usually is before a major patch so I can make a popular thread for once
Regardless, as I sit here, listening to music and drawing a picture that I hope to submit tonight (and equally have it get frontpaged for the first time lol),
I just wanted to see wanted to ask a question about Lucky Star.
Question:
I just recently watched Lucky Star and thought it was OK. However, lots of people seem to say that the show is their "favorite anime," and I never understood why (as is apparent by the many "What's your favorite anime?" threads I see on basil.) So if Lucky Star is your favorite, or one of your favorite, animes, could you please explain why? Is it like a joke among people do get others to watch the show? Are there lots of people who like staring at animated high school girls on basil *cough cough* probably *cough cough*? What? D:
It makes no sense to me!

lol, i guess i would agree with the "getting better" part, but it still doesn't explain it! D:
it doesn't change that much! sure, they don't spend a whole 15 minutes deciding how to eat a chocolate cornette anymore, but it's still a pretty plot-less show throughout the entire thing
Cute girls doing cute things, some people love it and some hate it.
Same reason that some people love K-On.
