@lilnarutoboy: @terw123: My "observation" is based on the new/old damage thread and bishops I've met and honestly, you two are doing fine...just enjoy and be proud of your bishop! I'd take an averagely ranged but hardworking bishop OVER a damage-crazed but snobby bishop to boss runs any day.
On the other hand, I personally think that the terms "funded/unfunded/semi-funded" are so vague. What someone consider as "unfunded" may be my definition of "funded" lol
If you guys want consolation, my range at lvl 164 (when BB came around) was 6k~9k took a lot of hardwork and support from @aiaku: to upgrade XD

@happy2days ... my range is only like 15-18k and im like halfway between unfunded and semi-funded

but from my obeservations, average range for lvl 16x is 14k to 22k unfunded
Semi-funded....perhaps 22k to 24k
