Whats the highest ammount of mesos possible to hold?

whats the max amount of mesos you can hold in your pocket?
(serious answers please, because I really need to know) I'm planning on merchanting soon.

If they are unstable then wouldn't liquidating my mesos into it not be a good idea D:?
and due to dupers, they're highly unstable, they were 120M a few weeks ago in scania, now they are 85M
ahh so I'd buy a bunch of white scrolls equivalent to the items price and then just trade?
How much are white scrolls? < and aren't there percentages for those

Cause I've seen like 96 atk claws sold for that price
and like 103 attack claws sold for the same price.
