What protein enhances the Human Growth Hormone? Im not sure what protein I should use to enhance HGH since it's only released during sleep and I doubt whey protein helps it. I dropped 56 lbs in the last 3 months. I've been working out since the start of this month and running 4 miles a day the past couple of months.
