That 10% hp buff coupled with the 10% hp buff from the unlimited set (3 pieces) would be amazing on a demon avenger, it would get +20% hp before potentials!

Don't know why people are giving such high prices for this item, it may be a little hard to get but it is possible and by anyone that is 200+.

I wanna say its worth 2bil since the hat is annoying to get.
And Xenon could DEFINITELY use the +50 all stat boost from the hat. Not to mention the 15 slots. <3

Yes, and the rate at which he drops the hat is even stupider. I've fought him (the yellow one) like 10x, and he keeps dropping OTHER pieces of the set.

That hat is so rare.
I've encounter the "Rare Alien Visitor" 3 times, out of 30-40 PQs,
and not once did it drop a helm.
