Im sick and i fear ive infected other people

Can someone give me a remedy?
I havent had my annual flu shot yet; if this helps.
My mother works a part of the hospital where there are sick people. I think i got it from her, but i dont know what type of sickness they have.
I also went into a crowded area last night.
Symptoms
-Uncontrollable shaking
-Nausea
-Sore throat
-Fever
-Congestion
-Coughing
