Any solutions to Easter loot lag?

I've looked at threads loosely connected to it and they touched on some possibly helpful tips, one of which included Potion Pot which I don't have.

I'm having trouble farming spring boxes. I bought an item ignore pendant and blocked the red, yellow and green eggs but I can't block the Easter egg that goes in the etc. So I filled up my etc inventory with other items and sure enough it's still just as bad. I get the kind of lag where I try moving, the screen freezes for a good half a minute and then I find my character on the opposite end of the map with the FPS at still a low notch until it finally lessens.

I tried changing the priority on MS through task manager as well. Any ideas? This is incredibly frustrating.
