I did Mu lung dojo a few times along with the first 3 books of Silent Crusade, which got me above 55 coins. So you can do that to get the special mastery book which works at a 100% rate.
Use the 55 renegade coin book. 100% success rate. Trust me.
Dojo everyday for 55 coins, then buy and select it from the special mastery book.
Ive seem them in windia for like 50mil, I got mine in the renegades shop though
If you're in the GAZED alliance: I do see them in FM from time to time. It's not the easiest book to find but they've gone down in price since Nexon fixed the special MMB bug; bought mine for 20m and luckily passed that.
