Does Mercedes Character card Stack with the hat potential?
Infinity Edge:
100s cooldown skill
mercedes character card: 5% cooldown reduction (up to 5s)
hat potential: 1~5s cooldown reduction (up to 5s)
would this 100s cooldown skill have a 90s cooldown or 91~95s or something else I totally missed?

all im saying is merc card works just like the -cd pot from hat, as a matter of fact they dont stack(they actually in the same pool), which means maximum -cd u can get wiht or wihtout merc card is -5 sec cd.
theres no way to get -cd beyond that 5sec.

ohh also umm does the nether shield cooldown start ticking at the beginning of the nether shield animation or the end?

it does not stack, maximum -cd u can get is -5 cd.
also a fraction of 1sec i.e 0.04sec is counted as 1sec.
bascilly if u have -2 cd from normal pot +-1cd from bonus pot + merc card any rank, your DA sheild will be 2 sec cd.
believe or not thats the fact.
Edit: with merc card*, it will still be 95 sec
you would have total of 5 seconds.
