Daily Lag?

This is a bit of a continuation of my last thread which was from yesterday, asking about my lagspikes.

Anyways, as I went on today, everything was fine, up until 3 - 4 PM. I don't know why, but then I got long lag spikes. Could it be because of my world, Broa, being populated just a bit more because people came home from school? Has any one else been experiencing daily lag around then after this time? My internet connection is fine, and my computer isn't lagging at all. I've never really had lag problems inside Maple until now.
Well, then is anyone other than you using the internet?
My brother, and that's it.
How do you know your connection is at its finest if you don't even know what the results of the speed test mean? You're most likely lagging due to some interference. First of all, are you using a wireless connection, or are you connected to the router itself?
The router itself.

Buy MOAR NX to clear up your lag problems.

Nexon will soon offer a NO LAG cash shop item ... just 999K NX

I'm sure anyone will realize at THAT price, Nexon is being TOO generous with us.

Amirite?
I'll try this in a bit, going to run it by a few others first. Also, can you tell me what the speedtest means please and how it affects my problem? I posted my results in an edit.
Basically, your internet connection is great as far as download (not sure about your ping)
and your upload is decent.
You shouldn't have any issues there.
I googled a bit about it, and it mentioned something about it being able to delete "important" files? What does this include? I share my computer since I'm still saving to buy my own, so it might take some things from the other accounts.
Use this for a speedtest http://www.speedtest.net/

Defragging is very simple, just look up a short video about it.
speedtest it just to be sure but otherwise it's your computer most likely, maple is coded poorly which requires a lot of resources.
Are you defragging your computer consistently?
I suck at tech-related stuff, so brb while I go and google defragging and speedtest.

EDIT: Did a speedtest, my results : Download speed - 32.77 MBPS
Upload speed - 2.14 MBPS
3-4pm sounds like kids getting off of school so it can either be your world or your connection.
