billingppnexon.net legit?
I just tried to log into my account on maplestory, but i was told to contact billingpp at nexon.net because my account have been blocked.
First thing i want to ask is, billingpp at nexon.net legit? Or did my computer get some virus and i was somehow redirected to some phising website so want to take my information from me?
Second thing, If this is legit, is it really something to do with billing like the email address suggests? Did others get this as well? Because i haven't spent any nx nor bought any nx recently. So i don't see why i can have problem with billing since i always bought prepaid ones

@lts033 Yes it's legit, that's Nexon's e-mail address for their Customer Service dealing with issues related to billing.
Originally it dealt with things like credit card and Paypal fraud, and accounts blocked because of problems involving payment, but they now use it to also handle issues involving IP blocks due to various things like logging in too many accounts in a short amount of time (as in exploiting hot time events).
You'll need to contact them to find out what the problem is and to try to resolve it.
Unfortunately they have a reputation of taking a long time to respond, but you may have better luck.
Did you buy nx with a credit card or something? If you did, it might have bounced.
Anyway, email them back to see why your account was blocked.
I was told to contact them because my account was blocked from using Paypal. I had a really positive experience with them. They unblocked my account within 24 hours even after years of sending Nexon tickets. ^_^
