Do Bahamut Skillbooks exist?

Hi Basil.
I currently have my bahamut mastery lv at 15, becuase I didnt do the quest to get it before BB cause I was too lazy But now I wanna lv it, but I couldnt find a Baha Skillbook... I searched in Google and it says that Lyka and Yeti drop 30 and 20, respectivily, but I've never seen one in FM or even in Basil Database...
So Guys do you think that Nexon added them to the Files?
Also, Since my current Baha Mastery Lv is 15, do I need to use the 20 Book, and then the 30 one, or just use the 30 one?
