Lets say you have a staff that gives 20% boss damage. Would the DoT of a skill such a paralyze be increased or would it not be affected by the 20% boss damage.

Lets say you have a staff that gives 20% boss damage. Would the DoT of a skill such a paralyze be increased or would it not be affected by the 20% boss damage.

Then it would be affected by the boost.
