Im meeting a Mr. Basil this evening
So one of the things I needed to do to finish up my internship application is to get my youth mobility Visa approved. I needed several documents notarized, so I had to find a lawyer that could make my documents offish. I first talked to (what sounded like) a Nigerian lawyer which tried to overcharge me for his stamps/notary services. I ditched that guy and continued to look for another lawyer that can notarize my stuff. Alas, I was transferred to a lawyer named Basil... I am now meeting Mr. Basil at 8:15 pm tonight at a McDonald's near my house so I can finally finish my Visa application.
I am assuming Mr. Basil is a brown guy. Sounded like it. No accent or anything. It just sounded like it.
Just wanted to share how I remembered BasilMarket today. Have fun guise.

Got suspended on my first day of trying Must be a sign, wouldn't want to disappoint the gods (they must not want me to be a deputy!)

@BobR: I could totally go the 3 months with out being banned requirement for being a deputy!
@lukiie Depending on where you live, if you ever need anything notarized in the future, most city halls, city clerk's offices, courthouses and banks routinely do notary services and usually for reasonable fees.
Plus the added advantage that you don't have to meet some anonymous dude at McDonalds.

Being a mod sucks tho I purposely get banned every couple of months to avoid being drafted into becoming deputy.

The Mr. Basil I met today was very ambitious. Already a lawyer working in a downtown firm at 26... I paid him extra for being an awesome person.
