Depends what you really want to do with the characters; but seriously would you make a Kanna JUST so you could pointlessly leech that char to 200 and do nothing with it? I myself made a Kaiser so I could use it to boss since it can go through DR. But if you want to make it for Link skills: - Kaiser: 10% HP - Kanna: 10% Total Damge or something
It honestly depends, currently there is a high demand for %str, therefore funding a kaiser would be difficult, although if you do have the funding, making a kaiser would be very beneficial (Insane dps). If you don't have the funding for a kaiser, Kanna is also a strong choice, %int is cheap and they have great utility and you have a really easy time getting into parties. But, the main part of your decision should be based off what you have more fun playing, everybody has their own different opinions
Kanna. It's pretty balanced, and it has a skill that can help increase monster spawn rate in a map. However Kaiser is more superior at bossing, or doing damage in general. Kaisers can also ignore w. defense up's and even damage reflection.
