currently i have a fafnir moon glaive with 15% att and 20% dmg boss neb... Should i stay or recube? (no mesos to spend in bonus pot cubes )

Definitely keep 15% atk.
Only recube if all your other items are beyond unique and 15% stat.
Just save up for bpot cubes, its much easier to rank up aswell.
If you care about boss DPS, recubing to boss damage is better; if you care about the sheet dmg range then keep it.
