pan lids drop every other 5 kills at Sakura Castle, esther shields are worthless because its not 2007 anymore
red ballon might fetch a few mil maybe like less than 50mil
independence hat sucks prob worthless even as a collectors item
and lollipop, theres an orange one (like the one your character has) that you can get by making a resistance character, in fact they get a bunch of NX looking default weapon

I have a korean fan in bellocan if anyone is interested =] I remembered how badass they looked back in the days

pan lids are pretty easy to obtain.

be 160+(or 165+?) and talk to the palanquin bearers in zipangu. move 1 map right and kill those mobs

If youre talking about pan lids they are like 2m at most. Esther shields are easy to obtain. the other 3 i have also but not sure how much they go for
