im so confused. I'm level 175 and my link skill is still level 3. anyone help?

You can transfer it when you get the 1st teardrop from Ariant
180 is the lvl 5 link skill, but i kno at lvl 140-150 u get the lvl 1 link skill

It is transferable after getting the first teardrop iirc. No need to get ALL the way to 180.
Edit: but you might need two tears, but i'm pretty sure I xfered it after finishing mu lung, but hadn't tried since leafre.
I'm pretty sure the update notes tell you how many tears you'll need.

and I believe somewhere around 180 it is transferrable.
Lvl. 180 I think.
