So i was going to do the quest line in elin forest for some days ago cuz i need to kill the bosses there but no1 npc have a quest to give me... whys this?

You have to accept "An Invitation to Ellin Forest." Additionally, one of the NPCs is located in a former PQ entry map. To access here, you have to go to the intermediate PQ lobby to find her.
