I got a problem with a dkhanjar
I wonder how to equip a dkhanjar? it needs alot of dex(150) and 75 str.
I dont have a cannoner sadly and dont wanna use emp gear cuz i got alot of %luk on my normal gear but is there still a way to do it? Thanks.

kaiser character card +10/20/40/80 STR
AB character card +10/20/40/80 DEX
and wait for hyperskills +50 str and/or dex

Thankfully no. You still have to earn the right to use one.

Codex +6 all: 6 STR 6 DEX, 6/6
Evo rings I/II/III: 24 STR 24 DEX, 30/30
Phys Training: 0 STR 30 DEX, 30/60
Shoulders: 6 STR 6 DEX, 36/66
HT Pendant: 22 STR 22 DEX, 58/88
DABR: 6 STR 6 DEX, 64/94
or
Tempest Ring: 5 STR 5 DEX, 63/93
This alone gives you a bonus of +63 str and +93 dex. you'll fulfill the requirement for STR, but be a bit off for dex. However, as said earlier, it is pretty easy to get +dex/+stat easily. It will even be easier if you have some %all stat in your %luk equipment or +dex scrolled stuff like earrings, pants, etc
rings/pend/earring/shoulder/face. work on your codex and try and get it to +6/7. the mystic equips in the silent crusade give a stat bonus of 18 att 21 all stat with all equpied. . and also the tempest set gives like 8x all stats. ab char card will give 10 20 40 and 80 dex at key lves and kaiser as well with str. get an android heart and scroll it with str/dex scrolls. my shad has like 433 dex from equips and 2xx str. its easy to equip the dkhanjar. still sucks they didnt remove those req
oh and theres always the rising sun set wich gives 20 all stats for full set + they all give good amounts of stat boosts
