Favorite Starter Pokemon?

so many gen 5 haters.....
I was going to choose either Tepig, Chespin, or Chikorita, but I decided to go with Tepig because I really do hate it. Tepig and Chikorita were at the top lol. Chespin was 7th out of 18.

First Stage: Oshawott. It's not that I exactly hate him, he just looks rather silly/dopey. He should've looked more like Buoysel instead of a white cat with a clown nose and a beaver tail.
Turtwig is probably a close second.
Second Stage: Combusken. How is that a chicken? Sure, it has bird legs, but then it becomes some sort of narrow cylinder with sloth arms and a barely noticeable beak.
No close second. I'm pretty satisfied with most of the second stage Starters.
Third Stage: Samurott. That whole creature's a big ol' mess. The "ott" at the end is unnecessary because it's a sea lion now for some reason instead of a sea otter. It has battle armour and built in swords, but somehow it's pure Water rather than Water/Fighting (biggest Starter typing tragedy since Blastoise if you ask me), goes from being a biped in its past two stages (which would better suit a weapon wielder) to a quadraped for some reason, and finally that ridiculous enormous double moustache.
Greninja is a close second. That stupid giant permanently stretched out tongue turned into a fleshy slimy scarf is a nonsensical and disgusting eyesore.
