Brain Storm some fixes to exploring content

I have a mixed feeling. I for one enjoy the fact that Nexon took a step in diversifying training grounds with the removal of LHC and changing monster stats and exp around. However, I feel that all they did was a lazy fix that simply didn't please anyone in particular. Before you guys actually articulate that you guys love the changes to LHC, how many of you guys feel compelled to train at Aquarium now that aliens, jesters and LHC was nerfed? How many of you guys have actually been to Omega sector? The only reason I can think of is because of little curiosity in exploring but not much other reasons exist of visiting such content.

Now I ask you guys some ideas on how to improve Nexon's idea of exploring content further and hopefully without imbalance.

-One Idea is to simply improve Quest exp and rewards. Give people incentive to finish a quest rather than it being simply a bonus to training on monsters that just happened to be popular. I have a feeling that doing so will push people to thinking "I want to go to aquarium and do this and that, etc."

-Another Idea is to add MAIN Questlines to each town, possibly explaining the town's history, purpose and problems. Visiting a town should not be limited to doing simple sidequests that tell of the same story (gather these things, blah blah blah). Doing so will encourage people to explore the npc's, their purpose and promote interest in content.

I want to make this game a FUN game, not with simple grinding and empty expectations that people will develop friendships along the way.

IDEAS:
-Improve the exp of other training grounds instead of nerfing popular areas
There is no fix required. I've gone from 1-120 with multiple characters by doing nothing but quests. Sure, it requires doing nearly every quest around, but it works. Throw in pqs, and getting to 120 is easy. 120-125 can sometimes get a little barren, but once you hit 125 you have Neo City to tide you over for another few levels. Then after that you can go to the new Fantasy Theme World(though it's a pretty boring place tbh...), and after that.....well good luck until you can get into ToT.
Leveling is not the problem. The problem is that most people are not compelled to explore content like Nexon is implying we should do with the LHc jester nerfs
Not really, Power creep is defined by new content over shadowing older content. If the EXP was buffed then the old and the new would be equal therefore more spots to train.
When new content overshadows old content and you have to buff up the old content to be on par with the new content, that is power creep. The creep comes in the new content overshadowing the old content. Not to mention the next new content can overshadow the old-new content meaning that the old-old and the old-new content have to be buffed to match the new content.

Doesn't mean you shouldn't try and stop it.

What if Nexon just made it so you'd have to KPQ for a week to get from level 21 to level 30? Wouldn't that be lovely?
All they needed to do was buff monster EXP to compete with Jesters/Aliens/LHC.
Because that'd be power creep.

That was one of my thoughts. However, this according to 4 maplers will make the game too easy.

Make more questlines like ariant and KFT...

There are already main quest lines for a lot of towns, however, they take a lot of time to do. Also I think RED is taking the town-story quests even further with Adventurers' storylines.
