Just watch the balloon icons on people's posts... there are a lot more now than there were a few days ago and there'll be a lot more as the event goes on.

Maybe everyone gets it on either first day or last day? (don't know anyone who got theirs on any other day lol)

you only get one. MrB only gives one balloon per person.
