Unable to open Hot Week Gift Box
So we got a lot of boxes today. I was able to open all of them, except for one. Whenever I try to open it, a window pops up that says "Please try again later."
I have 9 free spaces in my equip, 6 free spaces in my use, 6 free spaces in my etc, 6 free spaces in my setup, and plenty of space in my cash tab.
Do I need more space? Why can't I open it? >.<
Relogging did not work.

You should. I did it with reading the update notes.......
There's been multiple threads on this already. As ZuaDrago said, drop your Halloweenster Medal and it will let you open the box. The box gives another medal, but it's a One-of-a-kind item so you can't have 2 of them at the same time, so the box glitches until that problem is solved.

Have you tried submitting a ticket to Nexon?
