Is there a consistent way of obtaining Ursus Leg Accessory?

Myself and my friend have been looking for Bera runs as well.
I was gonna go up and ask you when the Ursus runs are in Broa (trying to get the achievements as well). Seems like I can't make it to any of it though, which is quite a shame.
I would like to know if there are any organized runs in Bera, random runs seem to be completely dead.
